Inside Pitch 5-Day Spring Break Baseball Camp
Inside Pitch is offering its unique TRIPLE FIT Camp Training Program that combines Skills, Physical and Mental Fitness. This program is designed to help every athlete maximize their playing potential by utilizing all the skills necessary to become a complete well-rounded athlete. This is a great program to help elevate your game for the Spring Season.
Skills Fitness – Hitting, Pitching, Defense & Base running
Physical Fitness – Speed, Agility, Core, Explosiveness
Mental Fitness – Approach, Positive Self-Talk, Strategy, Team Offense
• Week 1 - March 15th thru March 19th
• Week 2 - March 29th thru April 2nd
Hitting:
Session 1 8:00am –10:30am
Session 2 11:00am –1:30pm
Pitching:
Session 1 8:00am –10:30am
Session 2 11:00am –1:30pm
Speed & Agility: 1:45pm – 3:00pm |
